Terms of Service

To Order

Just fill out the order form and send it to us. You will receive a confirmation email with your order total including postage and handling and payment details.

All prices are quoted in NZD

There is no minimum order.

Delivery (Freight /Postage)

All orders are charged a delivery and handling fee.

Rates vary and depend on the size of the order.

The customer will be notified of the postage rates at the time of ordering.

International rates apply to overseas delivery.

Any duty or surcharge is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Payment

All payments must be made prior to shipping unless otherwise approved.

We accept bank deposits/internet transfer, Visa and Master card.

Credit cards are accepted for orders of $25.00 or more.

Please note no cheques will be accepted.

 

Returns

Any goods that are faulty due to manufacturing must be returned within 14 days.

A Persoalised Place must be notified prior to any returns.

No returns will be accepted with out a return authorization.

We accept returns only for faulty goods.

All goods returned must be in new, unused and not personalised  and in its original packing.

Ornaments that have been damaged or personalized will not be accepted and is not the responsibility of A Personalised Place.

A Personalised Place reserves the right to substitute any design for replacement.

Personalisation of Ornaments

Every ornament is personalised free of charge.

Please make sure that the spelling of the names you want on the ornaments are spelled correctly as we will personalise the ornaments according to the instructions on your order form. To correct spelling mistakes may incur a fee.
